Refund policy

LIMITED WARRANTY

Jingle Justin warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) seasons from the date of shipment, with valid proof of purchase. For the purpose of this warranty, one season is defined as 90 days.

We strongly recommend inspecting all products immediately upon receipt. Most manufacturing defects, if present, will be apparent “out of the box.” Do not delay in submitting a warranty claim if an issue is identified.

Warranty exclusions apply. Please refer to the Warranty Exclusions section for complete details.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This warranty is valid only when products are properly stored, installed, used, and maintained. It applies exclusively to non-permanent, seasonal installations and temporary use for no more than three (3) seasons from the date of shipment. A season is defined as the period beginning when the product is installed for use and ending when it is removed from display or placed into storage.

Exclusions:

  • Foliage and fabric bow fading are not covered under this warranty. Variations in color may occur due to exposure to sunlight and UV rays.

  • Accessories, electrical cords, and timers are not covered under this warranty.

  • Rusting of metal components is not covered. While products are coated with a durable powder finish, exposure to moisture may cause rusting over time, which is considered a normal occurrence rather than a manufacturing defect.

This warranty does not cover, and Jingle Justin will not be liable for, any issues resulting from:

  1. Misuse, improper installation, misapplication, extreme environmental conditions, lightning, electrical surges, acts of nature, failure to follow installation or maintenance instructions, negligence, accidents, or tampering (including removal of identifying labels or alteration of the product’s original design).

  2. Incompatibility, improper design, installation, or maintenance involving products, accessories, equipment, or materials not supplied by Jingle Justin.

FILING A WARRANTY CLAIM

To file a warranty claim, please email Jingle Justin directly at  hello@jinglejustin.com.
When submitting your claim, please include:

  • Your contact information

  • Invoice or order details

  • A description of the issue, specifying where and how the problem is occurring

Providing clear photos of the issue may be required to help expedite the claims process. Once your claim is received, we will review the information and respond with instructions for processing your warranty request.

Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number will be emailed to you once your claim has been reviewed and accepted. Be sure to clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior of all returned packages.

Packages returned without proper identification will be refused and sent back to the sender. For proper credit, all warranty returns must include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip.

All shipping and handling costs associated with returning items under warranty are the responsibility of the customer. Upon inspection, if the product is deemed to be covered under warranty, the repaired or replacement item will be shipped back to you at Jingle Justin’s expense.

It is at the sole discretion of Jingle Justin to determine whether a product will be repaired or replaced. For products involving metal frames with attached lighting, it may be necessary to remove the lights before returning the item for inspection. The removal and reinstallation of lights are the responsibility of the customer.

If, upon inspection, a returned product is found to be damaged or nonfunctional due to user neglect or causes other than a manufacturing defect, warranty coverage will be denied and the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges.


RETURN POLICY

Due to the seasonal nature of our products, the retention or use of goods by the buyer constitutes unconditional acceptance of the order. As such, we cannot accept returns except for items that qualify under our warranty policy.

If your order was incorrect upon receipt, please contact us within two (2) days of delivery. We will promptly send the correct item(s) or replacement parts at no cost to you. A call tag and return instructions will be emailed for the return of any item(s) shipped in error.
